Fun effective exercise for older adults

At SuperCue we develop choreographed strength and balance programmes for in-home use and group delivery. We're here to make exercise in your home, retirement village or community accessible, affordable, safe and effective.

As well as our video service, we train village staff and volunteers as Assistants to guide class participants through a video programme, and Instructors to deliver live classes.

We are the founders of SuperCue Seniors and we just love what we do!

We felt exercise for seniors needed to be more fun, more educational and more challenging. We can all do more than we realise! But it’s also important we keep you safe and let your confidence grow with you. We provide both seated and standing options so you can start wherever is right for you and progress at the rate that’s right for you.

It is also important to us to bring our programmes to you wherever you live - whether that’s in your own home close to a variety of services, in a retirement village or in some remote location.
