It's more than building leg strength. We show you how breathing, posture and core activation make all the difference. Work through the video tutorials and printable handouts, and practise the exercises. You will immediately feel stronger and more in control of your body.

You can follow the programme on your tablet, laptop or SmartTV in the comfort of your own home. Access is through the SuperCue portal or our app. You can replay the tutorials and routines as often as you wish. And we provide self assessments so you can track your progress. 

The Stand Tall Balance Improvement Programme
